5月1日、通知のときに渡された紙
（4人出席の簡易式用書類）を出してきました。
予約した結婚式の1か月前までに
出すことになっているそうでギリギリでした。
内容は、当日の段取り的な感じ。
brideの名前
groomの名前
証人の名前×２
このあとが肝心です。
【必須】Legal declarations:
⇒私たちはModernを選びました。
I declare that I know of no legal reason why I (your full name) may not be joined in marriage to (your partner's full name).
【必須】Contracting words:
⇒なぜかTraditionalがいいという彼に合わせました。
I call upon these persons, here present, to witness that I (your full name) do take thee (your partner's full name) to be my lawful wedded wife/husband.
【必須】Promises: 1～8の中から選んでも、
自分で作ってもいい。
私たちは同じものを選びました：
I give you this ring as a sign of our marriage and as a symbol of our love. I promise to care for you, to respect and cherish you, throughout our lives together.
【任意】Poems/Readings なくてもいい。

あとは、
・指輪の有無 一人だけ指輪をもらうことも
指輪なしも可能（＋誰が指輪を持ってくるか）
・kissの有無
・式が終わったら何て呼ばれたい？
など、おおざっぱなのか細かいのかわからないけど
つまり式はこんな流れなのね、
というような書類でした。
提出は誰でもいいみたいで、特にIDはきかれず。
窓口に出して、あとは式を待つのみ。
で、済めばよかったのですが。
